Built around a rotation, not a schedule

Production is the single largest occupation group in Port Huron, and manufacturing and health care are the two biggest industries in the area. That means twelve-hour rotations, nights and weekends — hours a staffed gym cannot serve no matter how good it is. The old building on Lapeer Road lost its roof and we closed. Some people kept getting billed while the doors were shut, and that was our fault. A free-weight floor with a power rack, squat stands, a full dumbbell rack and benches; plate-loaded and selectorized machines; treadmills, ellipticals, a StairMaster and an air bike; locker rooms with private showers so you can train straight off a shift and go home clean. Level 4 and 5 tanning is in there too, at no extra charge.
